It’s rather difficult to imagine modern house without a dishwasher. This amazing achievement of a technical progress turned lives of millions housewives and bachelors in a real miracle. There’s no need to waste time on monotonous washing one plate after another. Even Agatha Christie once said: "Dishwashing is such a stupid thing that unintentionally you start thinking about a murder". Probably, to avoid spreading of these thoughts there was invented a dishwashing machine.

Modern market offers a stunning assortment of appliances from world’s famous brands, and one can hardly make a choice. If you are looking for a "perfect-quality-without-any-complaints" appliance, Bosch Dishwasher is the very best decision.

Bosch is considered to be a major brand among companies providing home appliances. Usually, Bosch Dishwashers are very reliable, but there’s nothing perfect, and sometimes things can get damaged, and there appears a need to get your device repaired. Finding parts for a Bosch Dishwasher is easy and besides, dishwashers are pretty simple devices comparing to other domestic appliances, so before taking your device to a repair service, you’d better try to troubleshoot it on your own. And here are some useful recommendations to help you.

Dishwasher is not filling with water. First of all you should check if the water valve is open. If it’s everything okay with the valve, the problem may be caused by inlet valve. Disconnect the dishwasher and check the valve out (you can find it behind the panel under the dishwasher’s door). The third reason why the device is not filling with water is pretty simple and obvious – you could have closed the door not properly. If the door wasn’t closed tightly enough, water will not come to the device.

Dishwasher is not draining well. Usually, there is left no water in the bottom of a dishwasher after the program is finished. The drainage system may not work because of large amount of water, because in that case it isn’t removed completely. To troubleshoot this problem take out all the filters and remove dirt from there. Then examine the drain. Remove the dirt and or any blockages if present.

Water in a dishwasher doesn’t get hot. As a rule, dishwashers are connected only to a cold water supply, so the water gets hot in the device. If you noticed that the water doesn’t get hot, it means that the element warming water is damaged and doesn’t work properly. It’s easy to test, but only if you know electrics (if not professional help is needed).

Dishwasher is very noisy. First of all make sure that the noise is not caused by plates or silverware – if they are not fixed well, Bosch Dishwasher will make too much noise. If you see that dishes are fixed, examine the washer base and make sure there is nothing left (forks, pieces of whatever-can-get-to-a-dishwasher, knives etc.). If the base is clean, the cause may be in the inlet valve, and in that case its change should be done by professionals.
